Fruit Cobbler
Fruit Cobbler is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. peaches or other fruit, 2 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 3/4 c. milk and 3/4 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix fruit with 1 cup of sugar; let stand.
Put margarine in a 2-quart pan and melt.
Combine other cup of sugar, flour and milk. Pour over melted margarine; spoon fruit on top of batter.
Do not stir.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or until done.
