Fruit Cobbler
Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. fruit (drain if using canned or frozen), 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and cinnamon, nutmeg or allspice to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt 1/2 cup butter in large 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk; mix well.
Pour this batter into baking dish over melted butter.
Do not stir!
Over the batter spoon 3 cups fruit.
Again, do not mix!
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over fruit.
Sprinkle spices over fruit.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
