Fruit Cobbler
Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. biscuit baking mix, 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. half and half and 1/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix sugar and baking mix, cut in butter.
Mix in half and half and vanilla.
Shape into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pour fruit into a 7 x 11 inch pan and heat for 10 minutes.
Roll chilled dough out on floured surface.
Place over fruit.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Serves 6 to 8.
