Fruit Cobbler
Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a 13 x 9-inch pan, melt stick of butter, then mix in bowl flour, 2 cups sugar, baking powder and milk.
Pour over butter in pan, but don't mix together.
Then in saucepan, put fruit and 1 cup sugar, if needed.
Heat until hot.
Then pour over batter mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
