Sugar, cornstarch and water; bring to a boil and continue for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add fruit; pour in baking dish; dot with butter.
Mix rest of ingredients and drop by spoonfuls onto hot fruit.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 400Β° heated oven.
