Fruit Cobbler
Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and flour.
Cut in butter. Add milk and stir only until mixed together.
Spread in a greased baking dish (large enough so liquid won't boil over).
Pour fruit, 1 cup brown sugar and water over the batter.
Bake about 40 minutes at 350Β°.
When baked, crust will be on top.
