Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 c. fruit pieces (rhubarb, blueberries, peaches, etc.), 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put fruit in 8-inch square baking dish. Cream the sugar and butter. Combine flavoring and milk and add alternately to creamed mixture with sifted dry ingredients.
Pour over fruit. Add Topping.
