Fruit-Cheese Cups
Fruit-Cheese Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 (21 oz.) can pie filling (any kind), 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
You will need 2 1/8-inch paper cupcake shells.
Mix well cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Place one vanilla wafer in each cupcake shell.
Place about one tablespoon of batter on each wafer.
Bake at 350Β° for about 20 minutes.
Cool and remove from shells.
Top with pie filling.
Yields about 48 cups.
