Fruit Cake Cookies
Fruit Cake Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 lb. butter, 3 eggs and 1 1/2 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla, sift dry ingredients together. Mix with chopped fruits and nuts and combine with creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoon on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Cook 15 minutes at 325Β°.
When done, cookies should be a light brown.
Makes about 8 dozen small cookies.
This may need to be mixed by hand.
