Fruit Cake Cookies
Fruit Cake Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks butter or margarine, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 3 c. plain flour and 1 lb. candied cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter or margarine and sugar.
Add rest of ingredients.
Coat fruit and nuts with 1/2 of the flour.
Put other 1/2 in batter (add a little pumpkin pie spice to flour, if desired).
Mix all together and drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
Yield: 250 cookies.
