Fruit Cake Bread
Fruit Cake Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 3 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice and all, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Sift all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Add everything else and stir until well mixed.
Do not beat.
Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake in preheated at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool for 1 hour in pan on a wire rack.
Turn right side up on the wire rack and cool again for 1 hour.
