π¨βπ³ Instructions
Add the 2 cups water to the mincemeat and cook for a few minutes. Cool. Before adding flour, put the soda in mincemeat. Line pan with paper.
Cream together the shortening, sugar and eggs. Add the flour, salt and all ingredients.
Bake at 300Β° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Fifteen minutes before done, glaze with syrup.
