Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 can eagle brand condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix flour and soda.

Combine eggs, mincemeat, condensed milk, fruit and nuts.

Fold in dry ingredients.

Bake in tube pan (greased and lined with wax paper) at 300Β° for 2 hours.

(I have baked this in 2 loaf pans.)

Decorate top with cherries and nuts. Freezes well.
