Fruit Cake
Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, beaten, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. mixed fruits, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift 1 cup flour, salt and baking powder.
Add pineapple juice alternately with dry ingredients. Mix fruits and the remaining 1/2 cup flour and add to the mixture. Place in greased baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° until desired doneness.
