Fruit Cake
Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mincemeat, 1/2 tsp. soda, 4 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 can eagle brand milk and 2 c. or 1 lb. candied fruit to which add 1/4 c. grape juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Spray tube pan with Pam and line with wax paper.
Then spray and flour again.
Sift flour and soda.
Mix eggs and mincemeat, condensed milk, fruit and nuts.
Stir in flour and pour in pan. Bake at 300Β° for about 2 hours or until center springs back when lightly touched and is golden brown.
