Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail with juice, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour and 3 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Stir until well blended; pour into 8-inch tube pan (not Bundt), coated with 4 tablespoons shortening and 2 tablespoons flour.
Bake at 325Β° until tester comes out clean (approximately 2 hours).
Cool on rack for at least 5 minutes before removing from pan.
