Fruit Bread
Fruit Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. soft oleo, 3 eggs, well beaten, 1 small can undrained, sweetened pineapple, 8 oz. jar maraschino cherries, chopped and drained and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, oleo, banana, eggs, pineapple and cherries. Combine flour, salt and soda. Stir into mixture. Add vanilla and nuts.
Stir and pour into tube pan. Bake in a 300Β° oven for 45 minutes. Glaze with powdered sugar and cherry juice.
