Fruit Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fruit, 2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Crush fruit with juice in blender.
I prefer canned apricots. Dissolve soda in fruit and add quickly to dry ingredients.
Blend in oil, raisins, nuts and dates.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 4 midget loaves.
