Fruit Bavarian
Fruit Bavarian is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, 1 envelope plain gelatin, 1 c. low-fat yogurt (pineapple, strawberry or raspberry flavored) and 1 egg white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Soak gelatin cup cold water. Drain the fruit well. Reserve cup of the juice, adding water, if necessary.
Heat. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved.
Add fruit. Chill.
