Fruit Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple, 1 (17 oz.) can apricots, 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, 1 (15 oz.) can spiced apple rings and 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. The night before, drain all fruit.
Pour into 2-quart square pan.
In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar, cornstarch and sherry. Cook on low until thick and smooth.
Pour over fruit and let set overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately. Serves 10.
