Fruit And Yogurt Shake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can peach halves, 1/2 small banana, 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. ice cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a blender, combine undrained peaches, banana, yogurt and vanilla.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend until frothy.
Makes 1 1/4 cups (2 servings).
One serving = 1 fruit exchange and 1/2 milk exchange.
