Fruit and Pudding
Fruit And Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. pkg. tapioca pudding, 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding, 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained (use drained juice and add water to make 2 c. liquid), 2 cans mandarin oranges and 2 to 3 bananas, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Bring to a boil the juice/water mixture and add the 2 packages of pudding and stir until thick.
Let cool and then add the pineapple and oranges.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator and then add sliced bananas when serving.
