Frozen Tokay Mold
Frozen Tokay Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. tokay grapes, halved and seeded and 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Blend gelatin into mayonnaise.
Combine fruits.
Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, almonds and lemon juice.
Turn into a 6-cup mold, refrigerator trays or pineapple cans.
Freeze several hours or overnight.
Serves 12.
