Mix all ingredients together in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 400Β°.
Stir every 5 minutes until mixture is browned and crumbly.
IMPORTANT! IF YOU DO NOT STIR EVERY 5 MINUTES, MIXTURE WILL DEFINITELY BURN! It should take 20 - 25 minutes total.
Remove 1/4 of mixture. Spread remaining mixture over bottom of pan.
Set all aside to cool.
