Frozen Salad
Frozen Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 c. sugar, 2 envelopes clear gelatin, 8 tbsp. cold water and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak gelatin in water.
Heat pineapple and sugar; cool.
Beat whipping cream until stiff.
Add gelatin and other ingredients. Blend with mixer.
Add pecans, if desired.
Freeze.
Cut and serve frozen or take out 1 hour before serving.
