Frozen Salad
Frozen Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (12 oz.) frozen oj (thawed), 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 6 bananas (sliced) and 1 can (16 oz.) of crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large bowl combine OJ, water and sugar.
Slice bananas into OJ mixture to prevent darkening.
Add pineapple.
Chop apricot halves, slice peaches and cherries into bite size pieces.
Add to mixture.
Add strawberries and grapes.
Mix well.
Cover and freeze.
Remove from freezer about 45 - 60 minutes prior to serving.
When ready to serve pour 1 - 1.5 cans of 7-Up over frozen fruit mixture.
Serve partially frozen.
