Frozen Pie Crust
Frozen Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 3/4 c. shortening, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together the first four ingredients with fork or pastry blender until thoroughly mixed.
In a small bowl, beat remaining ingredients.
Combine the two mixtures, stirring with a fork until all is moist.
With your hands, mold into balls.
Chill at least 15 minutes before using.
Dough can be kept in refrigerator for up to 3 days or wrapped tightly in Saran Wrap and frozen until ready to use.
Makes four crusts.
