Frozen Pecan Log Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla wafers, 1 can eagle brand milk, small amount of coconut, 1/2 c. cherries and 1/2 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Crumble real fine the wafers.
Mix Eagle Brand milk, then nuts, cherries and coconut; on wax paper, roll into long log in wax paper, then freeze.
Also very good without coconut and cherries.
