Frozen Mint Dessert
Frozen Mint Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. cream, 1 1/2 c. small mints (pastel colors), 1 pkg. (24) hydrox cookies, 3 tbsp. melted butter and 2 tbsp. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Crush the mints.
Whip the cream and fold in mints.
Crush Hydrox cookies; add butter and powdered sugar.
Press on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Save some to sprinkle on top.
Spread on cream and mint mixture.
Sprinkle top with remaining cookie crumbs. Freeze until hard.
Make the day before you need it.
