Frozen Lemon Pie
Frozen Lemon Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, separated, 1/2 c. sugar, 5 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 pt. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Separate eggs, beat whites until stiff then beat in sugar. Beat yolks thoroughly, then add lemon juice.
Fold egg yolks into egg whites.
Then fold in heavy cream, stiffly beaten.
Pour into shell that has been lined with graham crackers.
Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.
Freeze until firm.
Serve frozen.
