Frozen Lemon Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. heavy cream or 3/4 c. chilled condensed milk, 2/3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs and juice and rind of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind.
Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick as cream.
Cool. Gently mix in stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
