Frozen Lemon Bisque
Frozen Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, separated, 1 tall can evaporated milk, chilled, juice of 3 lemons, grated rind of 1 lemon and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Whip whites stiff with 1/4 cup sugar.
Beat yolks with juice of 2 lemons.
Add 3/4 cup sugar, pinch of salt and grated rind.
Fold all together and spread in a 9 x 13 Pyrex in which is spread 1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle 1 cup crumbs on top.
Optional: Top with Cool Whip or cherries to serve.
