Frozen Fruit Salad(Alaska) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans fruit cocktail (29 oz. size), 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz. size), small jar maraschino cherries, sliced, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain fruit cocktail and pineapple (save juices).
Soften gelatin in juices; heat to dissolve.
Cool; set aside.
Add fruit to gelatin mixture.
Let set until soft set; add nuts and mini marshmallows.
Fold in 1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped).
Pour into mold.
A large tube pan works well.
Freeze overnight.
Will keep frozen for quite some time; to loosen from mold, set in warm water.
Turn onto plate and slice.
