Frozen Fruit Salad
Frozen Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. maple syrup, 2 medium bananas, mashed, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 8 3/4 oz. pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cream the cheese.
Beat in syrup.
Add lemon juice and bananas.
Stir in pineapple, strawberries, dates and pecans.
Fold in the whipped cream. Line muffin baking pan with paper bake cups. Fill with salad.
Freeze until firm.
Store in plastic bag in freezer.
Take out of freezer 15 minutes before serving.
