Frozen Fruit Salad
Frozen Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 2 bananas, chopped and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cream cheese (room temperature), strawberries and pineapple together.
Fold in pecans, then bananas and then lightly fold in Cool Whip.
Place in muffin pans lined with silver cupcake holders.
Place in freezer until ready to serve, then take out about 10 minutes before ready to eat.
