Line 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan wells with paper baking cups. Mix together the sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Blend in walnuts and the well-drained pineapple and cherries.
Peel and dice the banana and quickly mix into fruit mixture.
Spoon into baking cups; place in freezer or freezing compartment of refrigerator until firm.
