Made with 17 oz. can apricots, 1 c. liquid from apricots and pineapple, 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain apricots and pineapple, reserving 1 cup of the combined liquid.

Combine the liquid with the apricots, pineapple and remaining ingredients.

Spoon into cupcake papers put in muffin tins.

Freeze until solid, then package cups in freezer bags. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving to partially thaw.
