Frozen Fruit Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain pineapple and cherries.
Quarter cherries and dice bananas.
Combine all ingredients.
Fill muffin tins which have been lined with paper cups.
Freeze until firm.
Store in plastic bags.
Just before serving, remove paper liners and invert cups on lettuce leaf.
Makes 18 (2 1/2-inch) cups.
