Made with 1 pack graham crackers (finely rolled), 1/3 c. margarine, melted, 6 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolates, melted, 3 eggs, separated (room temperature) and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine graham cracker and margarine; press into bottom of spring-form pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes; cool.
Beat together chocolate, egg, and vanilla; stir in pecans.
Reserve 1 cup whipped cream; blend remaining into chocolate mixture.
Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually beat in sugar until stiff.
Fold into chocolate mixture; pour into prepared crust.
Garnish with reserved whipped cream.
Cover; freeze 6 hours or overnight.
