Frozen Berry Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crisp graham crackers (1 pkg.), 5 tbsp. butter, 2 egg whites, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 c. heavy cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cracker crumbs and butter.
Press into bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes.
Beat egg whites and vanilla slightly in large bowl.
Gradually beat in sugar and berries.
Beat at high speed 12 to 15 minutes.
Mixture is fluffy and has large volume.
Fold in whipped cream; spread over crumb crust.
Freeze overnight.
