Frozen Apple Salad
Frozen Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crushed pineapple (8 1/2 oz.), 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain pineapple, saving juice.
Add water to juice to make 1/2 cup of liquid.
Stir liquid into eggs.
Add sugar, salt and lemon juice.
Cook on top of stove, stirring until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes over medium heat).
Fold drained pineapple, apples, celery and whipped cream into cooled dressing.
Spoon into 9-inch dish.
Cover and freeze.
