Frosty Fruit Smoothie
Frosty Fruit Smoothie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1 c. sliced peaches (fresh or frozen), 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks, 1/4 c. wheat germ and 1/4 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In blender, combine yogurt, peaches, banana, wheat germ, orange juice, ice cubes and sugar (sweetener) and blend one minute or until smooth.
Serve immediately, poured into tall glasses and topped with peach and banana slices and sprinkled with wheat germ. A cool and guilt-free treat anytime!
