Frosted Nuts
Frosted Nuts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 lb. walnuts or pecans and 1 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and sour cream.
Bring to a full boil.
Boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Add nuts and stir until mixture sugars.
Pour on wax paper.
Separate and let cool thoroughly.
Place in airtight container.
Will keep 3 months.
