Frosted Nuts
Frosted Nuts is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. nuts, 2 egg whites, 1 c. sugar and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Beat egg whites and gradually add sugar until stiff.
Stir in nuts and mix well.
Place in large shallow pan.
Put stick margarine in center of pan.
Stir about every 10 minutes (4 or 5 times) until meringue disappears and nuts are evenly coated and browned.
