Frosted Meat Loaf
Frosted Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 can golden mushroom soup, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. water and mashed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix meat, 1/2 cup soup, bread, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf; place in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Frost loaf with mashed potatoes.
Bake 15 minutes more. Blend remaining soup, water and drippings.
Pour over meat and potatoes or serve in a bowl.
