Frosted Meat Loaf
Frosted Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup or golden mushroom soup, 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. fine breadcrumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix thoroughly 1 can of soup, beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion and salt.
Shape firmly into an 8 x 8-inch square pan, lightly greased.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Take out.
Frost with 4 cups mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes more.
