Frosted Meat Loaf
Frosted Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 egg, well beaten, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine egg, salt, pepper, mustard, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well.
Add chopped onion and tomatoes. Mix meat and blend crumbs; pour in egg mixture.
Press into a greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
After 1 hour, take out of loaf pan.
Spread catsup on top and sides.
Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
