Frosted Honeydew Salad
Frosted Honeydew Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1 large honeydew melon, 2 c. strawberries and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve raspberry gelatin in hot water.
Chill until partly thick.
Pare honeydew melon.
Cut a slice from one end and remove seeds.
Mix strawberries into gelatin.
Fill melon, replace slice from end.
Chill until gelatin is firm.
Whip the cream cheese and the cream together until fluffy.
Frost melon.
Slice and serve.
