Frosted Fruit Salad
Frosted Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 2 large ripe bananas, mashed and 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

The day before serving, in a large bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water.
Stir to dissolve gelatin.
Stir in strawberries until they are thawed.
Stir bananas and pineapple into gelatin. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Refrigerate until set.
Just before serving, spread with sour cream.
Makes 12 servings.
