Frosted Creams(Cake) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. raisins and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil raisins and water 5 to 10 minutes to soften.
Drain raisins, saving 1 cup water.
Add soda to water and set aside. Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs, water and vanilla.
Add the remaining dry ingredients to the wet.
Add raisins.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let cool and frost with Struedel Topping.
